We are located in the Newton area of Surrey. If you're interested in co-op housing in a beautiful family-

Why Birch Co-op?
We offer a family-oriented, pet-friendly living environment, a block from the Newton Public Library,
Newton Wave Pool and Community Centre, Seniors Centre, a shopping plaza and theatre directly
across the street from the co-op. Public transit and the Newton bus loop is nearby, as are parks and
schools.
We have two and three bedroom, spacious townhouses, situated in a beautiful, safe community.
